Local Accommodation

With so many amazing places to stay and see in North Devon, we thought we would help narrow down some options for you. If you want to come down for a trip to wakeboard or go on the Aquapark, these are all local to us and friendly owned places to stay 

Anchor 1

Aysha House

3 bed, sleeps 6.  Living room with large smart TV, dvd player, wood burner, books, games, dvd's.  Kitchen with alga style gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, table with benches.  2nd living room with dining table and chairs, smart TV and wood burner.   Conservatory, downstairs wc.   2 gardens with seating and dining table, bbq and firepit.    3 bedrooms, 2 x twin, 1 x king-size bed with en-suite shower room. Family bathroom with electric shower over bath. Separate wc.  Study with desk and chairs.

WiFi.  No dogs.  No smoking.   On street parking.

Point Break

Point Break, 2 Aysha House, is 1 bed, sleeps 2.

Lounge/diner with smart TV snd log burner.

Kitchen, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.  Downstairs toilet.  Bedroom with king-size bed, sea views.  Shower room.  Outside private decked area.  2 dogs.  No smoking.  On street parking. 5 minutes walk to beach, Northam Burrows, shops, restaurants and pubs.

Livit Adventures

We have nine beautiful bell tents –with two options to choose from, luxury glamping or basic. See below for details.

Luxury glamping – we have three beautiful bell tents overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at our camp based in Westacott Farm, North Devon. 

Our three glamping units are named after local landmarks visible from our camp “Clovelly”, “Lundy” and “Baggy”. These are furnished with king size beds, bedding, towels, table and chairs. The tents are set up on individual decks offering a private area to relax and enjoy the view. Individual kitchenettes, fire pits and BBQs are set up for your enjoyment.

Berringdon Farm

Come and stay in one of our bespoke cabins set in the beautiful North Devon countryside, just a short drive from some of England's best beaches. We hope you love it here as much as we do.
